Marvel Comics Work

For eight years, I’ve worked in Marvel’s Avengers Office, climbing the ranks from assistant editor to associate editor to editor. I’ve co-edited several of Marvel’s biggest titles, including Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man and Fantastic Four and crossovers like Secret Wars, Empyre and Avengers: No Surrender. I currently edit all books in the Captain America line, as well as Scarlet Witch, Wasp and Love Unlimited. Previous titles I’ve edited include Magnificent Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye: Freefall, Unstoppable Wasp, Ironheart, Champions and Falcon & Winter Soldier.

I’m an enthusiastic proponent of bringing new audiences into comics and building inclusivity, both behind the scenes and on the page. I collaborate with talented creative teams to put together bold and exciting stories full of humor and heart.

I also have way too many feelings about Quicksilver.

SuperWhoLock The Comic

Cast your mind back to the distant past…it’s 2013 on Tumblr dot com and all anyone’s talking about is the pipe-dream crossover of the century: Supernatural, Doctor Who and BBC’s Sherlock. Eventually the fandom would move on, as most fandoms do, but not before getting a chance to live out the dream in the form of a long-running, elaborately plotted fancomic.

I wrote, drew and lettered 244 pages of On the Side of the Angels over the course of four years. I built a dedicated fanbase of nearly 20,000 followers and organized weekly community events until I was hired by Marvel and became busy enough that I had to go on indefinite hiatus.

But I know how the story ends…and I still hope to finish it someday!
